"Our stay at the Canal House was just what we had envisioned!! Perfectly located near everything that we wanted to see and do and the accommodations were perfect; quiet, clean, and comfortable!!Evert was a great host there if we needed anything but did not try to be part of our experience.The only challenging thing is the stairs to the 2nd floor apartment, alone they are fine with luggage it is a test of strength and balance, but the trip up is more than worth the effort."

"Good property that worked very well for us. We spent most of our time in Central Amsterdam so the walk to the ferry was about :15 each way. We did not try to local metro. Much was closed locally during our visit due to the holidays. Overall a good impression of the place and the host was excellent. "
