「Zeer schoon en superfijne accomodatie!」

「This apartment was perfect for two couples during our stay in Amsterdam. The location on a beautiful canal in the Jordaan neighborhood was perfect. Everything was walking distance including restaurants, shopping and historic sites. The beds were comfortable; the showers were great and the coffee and tea supplies were a wonderful start for our mornings. Communication with the hosts was very easy and we enjoyed many of their restaurant and transportation suggestions.」

「Since the next to this apartment is club, it might be sometimes noisy. But, if your room is opposite side of the road, you may not mind it The wi-fi is a little bit weak. Indeed, once wi-fi in our room did not work, it was not fixed during our stay. Nevertheless, we could enjoy this place, because the room is comfortable, the location is convenient and the staff is very kind. 」

The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the...
