「We were very happy with the location and majority of amentities. We did not see a thermostat, which would have been helpful during the heat wave, but the temperature was bearable at whatever the standard setting was. The couch had stains on it which was in contrast of how pristine and beautiful the rest of the accommodation was. 「When we arrived the place was very cold 14 degrees and a window was open. We turned up heat, closed window and went into town, returned 3 hrs later. After returning, apt warmed up to 17 when thermostat was set to 20. And also - a very pungent sewer smell was pervasive in apt. Guessing that is why window was open when we arrived? "I sustained an injury upon arriving in Rotterdam, so I headed straight to the hotel from the hospital to check in. I am sincerely grateful for the care and consideration shown to me during my stay. The staff's wonderful hospitality and the clean, comfortable room were outstanding. When I visit Rotterdam again after recovering from my injury, I would definitely love to stay here once more.
