"When we arrived the place was very cold 14 degrees and a window was open. We turned up heat, closed window and went into town, returned 3 hrs later. After returning, apt warmed up to 17 when thermostat was set to 20. And also - a very pungent sewer smell was pervasive in apt. Guessing that is why window was open when we arrived? We left again to walk to Ahoy for tennis and returned 3 hrs later to an even worse smell and cold apartment. We left that night and went to a hotel. I did not...

"The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. We would definitely stay here again."

"A great solution for longer stays working in the NL in the future - comfortable, central and perfect for my needs. I would just ask for more crockery (even for 2 people 1 mug/1 shallow plate/ 1 small bowl each is really too little) and more cutlery as well (a ladle would also be great). The kitchen would benefit from (metal) hooks for the tea towel and a couple of placemats for eating in would not go amiss. But this is really minimal adjustments if you consider the comfort provided, and I am already planning my next stay."

"We loved our stay at Hotel, Not Hotel it was conveniently situated right next to the bus and central train station, and easy walking distance to local attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent always willing to help. We liked having the drinking water always available by reception that was a lovely bonus. I had read that the rooms were small before we arrived but we found that although the room was small it was adequate and it was great to have seating areas available throughout the hotel."
