Great location next to Rotterdam Centraal! Was able to walk across the street to use Eurostar train back to London. Secure, clean and close to eating places. We did have a problem finding parking. GPS routed us the back where the parking was, but thought it was blocked and couldn’t reach it. After several tries around the area, was able to find a spot & walk in for directions. They were very helpful & was able to park in their garage.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The suite was modern, spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city. Everything matched the description perfectly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Premier Suites Plus Rotterdam.

This hotel is crisp and clean with warm efficient service at reception, and delicious coffee in the lobby. The location was perfect, right next door to the train station, and within an easy walk or tram ride from most attractions/neighbourhoods we wanted to visit within the city. There is currently construction taking place on the building right next door, but the sound proofing of the hotel is so good that we didn't hear anything. Another perk is that this hotel offers laundry services (free of charge, but the client must supply their own detergent). NB: The dryers take a very long time on slower settings, so I ended up using the "fast" setting. I would stay here again and recommend this property without hesitation. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to Rotterdam Central station. Room was exceptionally clean and all kitchen items clean too. Very quiet room, good range of TV channels and all the facilities worked well. The reception staff were always friendly, helpful and interested in ensuring we had a great stay. Gym is acceptable size and equipment.

Location of the Apart-hotel is right accross the Rotterdam Central Station so it is very convenient to connect to other parts of the Netherlands or even the rest of Europe. Rooms were spacious with a separate living room and dining area as well as a full kitchen. Washer and Dryer are not in the unit (not mentioned in the description) and the laundry rooms were not in every floor. This was a bit of an inconvenience for us, we had to request a room change to be in the same floor because of the laundry facilities. The rooms were fairly clean however we felt a bit irked when the front desk mentioned that the rooms are only cleaned once a week and there will not be cleaning service for the duration of our stat because its less than a week... made us wonder who prepped our room before we got in... There was also MAJOR construction in the building right next to this building (also not mentioned in Expedia) lucky we stayed during a weekend where there was mo construction activity. We did hear and notice construction activity in the morning of our checkout day. We also felt that there was not enough lighting in the space and to top it off during our last night there 2 lights in the living room went out at the same time... Making our packing process a bit challenging. This is a no frills facility (although there is a gym, and free coffee) convenient location to the station.

Amazing facilities and staff. They thought about everything including free teas/coffees in the reception area and storage facilities for your luggage. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We only cooked breakfast but kitchen had everything you need. Very conveniently located right opposite the main train station. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Rotterdam in the future.
