"Clean room"

"The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!"

Downside is access to town is not so convenient (need to go by taxi or walk down, or via a limited shuttle bus service) and there are few shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, but I do like the botanic garden across the road and the jogging track on Bowen road. "Small room but well designed for comfort living. "

"Great hotel close to transportation towards all Hong Kong neighborhoods (tramway bus metro). Direvt bus to Aiport as well. The room was spacious, clean with a nice bathroom. There's AC and a dehumidifier in the room, much appreciated although can be loud at night. Super friendly staff. Will rebook this hotel for my next HK visit. "

"My stay was good. Though it was difficult to communicate with the staff due to their accent. Also, what I didn't find good was that when we were waiting at the reception, there was no meet and greet from the staff. We were feeling stranded."
