I was redirected to a different accommodation instead of the one I originally booked. The room was extremely small, and the doorknob was broken for the entire stay. When I reported it, I was simply told that no one would come inside because there was CCTV, which is not an acceptable response to a safety issue. The area is also not very clean and is extremely crowded downstairs, even though there are many shops around. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Room expected to get what was showing on the photos during booking when we arrived room that was given was cramped. There were several cockroach in the room. Water heater is not stable keep turning off. Terrible! Elevator is also slow and only one. If I were you guys put a bit budget to your accommodation as this will serve a good sleep after exploring one country. Never again in this areas!

This room was okay, basically as advertised. It has free drinking water and is spacious enough. My only complaint is that the bed and mattress were hard. They should upgrade to better and softer mattresses.

Worst travel experience ever because of rhis place! There are covkroaches everywhere in the room and the rooms is very dusty and dirty. We left the room and book another hotel when we saw the situation.

Took a long time to finally find them in the warren of stalls. They didn't have my booking so put me in another "guest house" (cramped room with an even smaller toilet/shower/sink combo - which was either leaking or broken). The aircon and lights worked and the workers were helpful, it was clean and I had a bed to sleep on.

The staff at check-in was great. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady tried to get me out an hour or so before check-out. She knocked briefly and then immediately used a key to try to come in, and if i hadn't been directly next to the door to block, she'd have barged in on me in my towel. Also, the water dispenser didn't work. That the rooms are soundproofed is a blatant lie. Considering the area and price, though, not bad overall.

Never go there

I've been followed multiple times through the elevator, the smell in the room was awful and I saw so many bugs, I can't even count them. You should not go there, or at least, not alone.
