"Good location. Staff friendly but not all speak English so it was challenging at times. One night fire alarm went off twice, no comms by any of the staff and guests in slippers in the street past midnight… not ideal. "

"Excellent value hotel, less than five minutes walk to the harbour and ferry, and an easy 25-30 min red taxi to and from the airport. Good gym. Pinky, the front desk manager, was extremely helpful when we had a small issue with our room. Very happy to recommend. "

"Staff was helpful and polite, friendly as well, and hotel is located in a convenient area with many eateries and cafes around. It is also just within a few minutes’ walk from Sheung Wan MTR station so it makes it easy to commute or even walk to Central and beyond. However, housekeeping was not so tip top, and some days it appeared like a rushed job with only towels (left on the floor) changed, bins emptied, and generally room neatened but could tell not everything was attended to, e.g., there was hair on the bathroom floor, bed wasn’t made properly; otherwise it’s fine."
