Unbeatable location, no frills but very much value for money. Good if you just want a spot for resting at night. Aircon in my room was a bit noisy though.
The location is great, everything is close.
The room itself is a lot smaller than it appears.

You would NOT want to stay in such small rooms. Think about those little campers behind cars. However, the location is good, the staffs are friendly, and foods are fine. By the way, they never tell you that only UK-style electric outlets are available for charging your phones and computers, so, be prepared.
Location is convenient. The room is not fully equipped with comfort, the bed is close to the floor, not enough table space to put things. Not enough light in the room and in the hallway. Just have bath towels only. Disappointed. After 5 pm, only self check in, software not easy to use.
Clean room. Friendly front desk persons. Nice showers (though slightly slow drain). Good price (for Hong Kong)
Tiny fridge in the room
Things to note: tiny room (as are most places in Hong Kong)
I like how convenient it was to get there! Bedsheets were nice and clean and I slept well! The only thing would be the mirror was a bit dirty and inside the toilet too
We were in Central and it was walkable to many cafes, subways and many food options.

The restaurant on the first floor is really good, overall, the room is clean and comfortable but one of the lights in the shower was not working and flickered the whole time.
The hotel has a good location. Walkable to most things and easy to get to and from, with many good restaurants nearby.
The hotel is not maintained properly. The washing machine does not work (we stayed for 12 days and none worked at any time), and after a few day,s one of the two elevators did not work and had not been fixed at the time we left. Not good.
The room was not clean. The bed was almost like a mattress on the floor - no legs, so very low. The chair was so old that it was no longer nice to sit in because you kind of sat in a hole.
They forgot to clean our room for two full days, and nothing happened before we complained about it.
For the price, this is no good.
They did not even have the courtesy to apologise - I don't think they cared.

We are both non smokers and stayed for 2 nights . First night on F5 was awful as we could smell cigarettes as soon as we turned on the ac. Complained at the front desk but realised reception was staffed by security (possibly an after-hours arrangement). He accompanied us to our rooms with a room spray which masked the smell for 10 minutes. We advised the day stime staff the next morning who quickly switched us to F10.
The bathrooms in both rooms needed better cleaning, the entrance to the bathrooms also had thick layers of dust and crumbs.
Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the location. It was close to many bars (if you don't mind a few flght of stairs), convenience stores and restaurants, walking distance to the Hk-MacauTurbojet. Also liked the communal kitchenette equipped with water and microwave.
Modest room size but adequate for solo travelers. Good location with a wide variety of transportation options nearby. Staff super supportive and work hard to address customer needs.
Well priced in a great location. Getting a little old and the foyer, entrance could do with a good clean… pretty grotty. The room itself was clean and quiet.
I chose the hotel for location and price and it was a good value. The room was a good size and quiet. The bathroom was small but fine for one person. Front desk staff were helpful.
Outstanding Customer Service! Highly recommend! Perfect location to everything!

The location of this serviced apartment was really good, with many eateries nearby. The common space at level 3 also provided extra space beyond the room. However I may not come back due to the hard bed, very soft pillows, road noise (poor sound insulation) and general maintenance (while I think it is clean, does not give the impression of a well maintained space).
Very good hotel in the middle of the Sheung Wan area. I recommend it for short trips. Rooms are small but it is comfortable and ok if you’re going essentially only to sleep. WiFi works well, and bathroom is nice and not too small. The location is close to an MTR station and several restaurants, so it’s very convenient.
A great location for exploring the Central area. My 3yo daughter and I had a King room and it was as spacious as we needed. Reception staff were helpful. We walked everywhere - shopping along Queens, Central Market, SoHo and Hong Kong park. Also highly recommend breakfast at Oolaa, about a 10min walk - they have a great menu and even kids colouring in.
