"Hotel design is perfect for a visit in HK. The staff was welcoming, helpful and efficient. Room (we shared a twin deluxe) was well put together and provided more than adequate room for the two of us. Location cant be beat. All in all a great stay and we will definitely choose it again next time in HK."
"Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms. The lift system could be better and layout is confusing, but overall a nice hotel and would recommend."
"Experienced elevator free fall and on the day I’m heading out, the hotel got me a taxi that can’t not accept visa or octopus card, after I arrive, the driver won’t drop me off and I end up paid 2 times taxi fare to pay him to drive me back to hotel, and the taxi driver verbally bullied me and I have to pay another taxi to drive me to ferry again. Horrible experience."
"Staff - excellent
Room - Clean although tired decor
Breakfast - Great Asian choices, limited Western
Location - Great. Bus stop 5 mins walk for transport to Cental, Northpoint, The Peak and Stanley. MTR 15-20 mins walk.
Have stayed in numerous hotels in Hong Kong and would recommend this one."
