"Hotel design is perfect for a visit in HK. The staff was welcoming, helpful and efficient. Room (we shared a twin deluxe) was well put together and provided more than adequate room for the two of us. Location cant be beat. All in all a great stay and we will definitely choose it again next time in HK."

"Experienced elevator free fall and on the day I’m heading out, the hotel got me a taxi that can’t not accept visa or octopus card,after I arrive, the driver won’t drop me off and I end up paid 2 times taxi fare to pay him to drive me back to hotel,and the taxi driver verbally bullied me and I have to pay another taxi to drive me to ferry again. Horrible experience."
