"I have staying at this property for over 27 years as a Corporate Client excepting 2023 and 2024. I have been very comfortable with the entire staff at the front desk, conceirge and the bell captains and all others. They are extremely helpful polite and patient with you. The conceirge head this time was Raymond and I had to go to him to him for his advice 4/5 times and he always had the solutions. "

"Not my first stay and I always recommend this hotel to people. Excellent service and friendly staff, from reception to housekeeping. Good size room with all amenities. Great location. Easy to find taxi, restaurants and convenience stores. On my arrival day, I went to the hotel in the morning, wanting to drop off luggage only as I know check-in time isn’t till afternoon. To my surprise, a room is available and the staff kindly arranged check-in for me at 9:30am! I am really pleased with the special arrangement and flexibility!"

"Nice location. Very neat. accommodating staff. I got the Victoria Harbor View room and the view at night is perfect. I can see all the colorful and vintage ships sailing at night. Across the hotel is the Avenue of Stars , where I ran and stroll every morning."
