"I booked a private room with a private bathroom. There was plenty of living space but the bathroom was pretty small. The shower, sink, and toilet were all a tight squeeze. Walls were thin and there was an unpleasant pre-type smell upon entry. I loved the character of an older building. Common spaces were simple and cute and I liked the well-groomed courtyard. Location was fantastic and parking was a huge plus. Service was friendly and professional. I felt safe here. "
