Air conditioning worked fine but the filter and evaporator coil were caked with dirt/debris , I work in hvac so I know what to look for , some of the walls looked water damaged , on arrival there was some candy wrappers and plastic under both beds. Some presumable mold on window seals. Stay was mostly good

The bed was one of the nicest beds so comfortable especially for a small cheaper hotel nice size room you do have to pay additon $ for parking though but other than that great cheap easy hotel thats near alot of walkable areas

I stayed there twice on 2 separate occasions because I had a job seminar closest to this Motel & both occasions is the same experience except on the last stay there was a leaking pipe from the bathroom sink that was in the bedroom. Couldn’t got a hold of anyone because the front desk phones doesn’t work & I wasn’t getting out my room at night to walk to the front desk. Rooms need a facelift and you can never get parking here because you have to make a reservation for a space, out of state visitors are less likely to get a space because their phones doesn’t work you have to park on the street that is fully infested with people on drugs at the entrance area onwards. The beds are okay not plush mattresses with dinghy sheets.
