The bathroom sink had a very large crack in it filled with black matter. I reported the situation to the front desk and I was given another room immediately and it was quite satisfactory.

Very surprised to find out I had to pay $9.99 to use internet! Despite being a Hilton Honors member, I was told that at THIS Embassy Suite I was being PENALIZED for booking thru EXPEDIA instead of booking directly thru the hotel by being charged for wi-fi! This should be stayed up front when booking. I wont be back Glendale.
