"Positives: The 3 apartments are newly decorated so they are clean, fresh and stylish. Great position, quiet spot but quickly into town. Negatives: As a whole house, the appearance is only let down by the office like industrial stairs and the layout of the ground floor flat, requiring access to the courtyard rear via a bedroom.A huge disappointment was the 2 hosts turning up at the property during our stay to sort bins, something in the porch and requesting access to wash their hands. "What an absolute gem of a place! There's nothing like a fantastic breakfast to start the day and oh boy did we get it here . Also I had the fish and chips one evening and it has to be said it ranks along side the best I have ever eaten....Attentive staff who clearly know what they are doing . We have never stayed in Wells before but we will definitely stay here again when we return."
