「We’ve stayed at the Globe a number of times, and unfortunately this was the worst yet. I think it essentially depends on where you get placed - annex, arch house or in the pub etc, as to what the rooms are like rather than your booking. The room we were in was tiny, thank goodness it was only for one night. The room itself also needs a freshen up/good clean, with splash/dirt marks up the walls and paint chipped. Wasn’t the best welcome by front of house either, she was very brusque and then...

「The only issue with this cottage is the information is slightly deceiving. I picked this cottage because it said there was an enclosed garden which I wanted because we took a dog, it didn’t say it was across the court yard and not attached to the house. But the cottage itself was lovely well equipped and close to the cafes, pubs and shops.」
