All areas very clean and tidy, lovely comfy bed with new cotton linens and towels. We stayed in room 8, perfectly clean and comfortable, rooftop view of next-door along with pigeons but that can't be helped, bit of a steep stair climb to top floor, but ok for us, good selection for continental breakfast, perfect location and parking opposite to explore wells, we stayed the 1 night but would stay again if exploring other locations nearby

Check in easy, cosy entrance room with coffee machine, close to center and to Norfolk coast path, nice breakfast. For trailwalkers breakfast at 9 is a little late.

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス
Room was excellent, cannot fault it very clean and comfortable, just felt that the breakfast let it down, it's a shame that you couldn't use the Bakery across the street for all your breakfast items, croissants, pan au chocolate and various other pastries which I believe would lead to customers wanting to return time and time again, for us we would not wish to return purely because of the sub standard produce used. The staff member that we met was so helpful, she deserves a medal for her kindness and attentive attitude.....just up the budget on the breakfast and you will definately see more returning guests. I cannot comment on parking facilities as there were none.

Self check in but very easy with details supplied. Room spotless, great bedding & comfortable bed. Nice clean wet room bathroom. Room 7 third floor Tea & coffee in room plus a fridge which is a great idea. Nice Reception area which led to comfy settees then the dining room which had coffee machine to help yourself to whenever aswell Breakfast continental but plenty of it & choice. Great location right on the Quay with plenty of restaurants, Bistro & pubs. Staff were excellent, friendly & helpful 3 floors, the stairs are quite steep but ok if able although they do have a downstairs room if needbe Parking for 24 hours £11.50 right across the road. Would recommend

This is not a typical b&b. Limited breakfast options , but excellent bread for toasting. Very good coffee machine available all day / night. Room 8;was quite small and lacked any seating However the bedding was white cotton at its best. Managed to park further down the road which was very handy, but two car parks just across the road. Overall there were many plus points but my overriding feeling is that the b&b price is a little too high
