「A fabulous hotel. We had a very warm welcome and the owners couldnt do enough to accommodate us. The room was beautifully decorated , clean and comfortable. Nice big mugs for tea and coffee aand spares in the corridor if needed which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was continental (cooked only available on the Sunday morning) but was sufficient and nicely presented. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Neil and Heather 」

「This was one of the most unique places I have ever stayed. A beautiful, well equipped room with a great view of the marshes. We stayed on a Sunday and booked a hamper for tea. It was so delicious! I highly recommend Cley Windmill as a great place to stay in a lovely place\ 」

「We enoyed the doubly “smart” room — both the clean, modern decor and the motion-activated automatic lights for the main stairs (though they take time to come on) and the bathroom (shut the bathroom door when not in use so you don’t trigger those lights when you walk around in your room). Also appreciated the towel warming rack, and the frosted bathroom windows. The room was very comfortable and quiet, as Grimston is a tiny village in a rural area. 「Nice warm welcome, room was better than we expected at the price, Hot drinks available in room , parking next to room, tv with sky, but only watched the bbc news, Breakfast was excellent nicely cooked, nothing was too much trouble as I went slightly off menu, good price. bar in the evening had a nice friendly crowd in, overall a very good place to stop」

「 Good location on the edge of town, convenient for the buses along the North Norfolk coast. Short walk into the town. Ample car parking on the street or in the yard. Room was not overlarge but was clean and had everything needed and the decor was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Continental type breakfast ample and varied. Altogether, a very positive experience and we would be happy to book again when we come to Sheringham.」
