"our room was huge with separate lounge area and a great view of the river. comfy bed, and large bathroom, and 2 toilets! on our 3 night stay, we were given complimentary breakfast, free flow happy hour, 10th fl lounge access, and parking! amazing. plus their sauna and big baths were a wonderful surprise. great location, quiet but easy walk to everything. hotel was clean and well maintained. only downside was the strangely uncomfortable furniture in our room. plasticy sofas impossible to get comfortable on. strange… but we would stay here again when we return to sapporo!"
