"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. THIS is the place to stay in Mexico City!
"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience while in Mexico City for 7 days. The hotel is in a perfect location - the city is huge, so a lot of our adventures weren’t walkable but Hippodrome is in a great spot in Condesa that is easily navigable on foot and Uber pick up points. The rooms are clean and well appointed (bottles of water refilled everyday was a nice thing to come back to after hours out in the city in the very upper eighties). Clean! The highlight, though, is the staff. Everyone on the team is friendly, helpful, and they really take the time to understand your schedule to make sure you have everything you need. The travel suggestions were beyond helpful (tips on how to get to places, the best times to go, and additional ideas on what to see in the city). A great group of people who are truly hospitality professionals in every way. "
