「The owner was very polite, I requested an additional blanket it was delivered quickly. The room was spotless. Quiet neighborhood and private location. Close to a Walmart neighborhood market which allowed me to pick up breakfast and lunch items.」

「I had a great stay at this place. The place was simple, clean, and convenient. It is located just 10-15 minutes from both the strip and airport. Also you can avoid the excessive hotel/resort fees, while having a little more to spend exploring Vegas. 」

「I could not be happier with this stay. Amazing location - 5 minute walk to the lazy river, 5 minute walk to MGM casinos. Nice strip view. Yet - unbelievably quiet. It was lovely having a one bedroom with separate sitting room and a full kitchen for less half of most strip hotel rooms. I will stay here again for sure. 」

「The two bedroom was actually two separate units with a foyer area that you could close and lock so you can leave your two doors open. The bad part is there is a hallway light by the two doors that you cannot turn off, so it blared into the rooms the entire time. Hard to sleep. The room was barely clean. There were dirty socks from a previous tenant at the foot of the bed and some of the surfaces still had some crumbs on them. 」
