「Helpful staff」

「A nice hotel, Good breakfast options. Although it is an older property but well maintained. Not one of those hotels that ‘punish’ for not booking directly but through Expedia, by placing you in a room next to the boiler or janitors. Will stay here again for sure.」

「The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were uniformly helpful, friendly and efficient. The worst thing about the hotel is the location. Despite having 'airport' in the name it's actually a long way from the airport and, if you don't have a car, it's a bit of a desert. For, example, except for a single restaurant in a nearby hotel, there's nowhere to eat in the evenings, so guests should bring their own food. But, overall, a comfortable stay.」

「The room was comfortable, but all five of the beds' pIllow smelled bad. I wish they would wash more of the pillow covers.」
