"Staff were very accommodating and helped us understand where everything was even though we only knew minimal Japanese. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable. We had the executive room with a separate bath facing the Miyajima Island. It was a beautiful view. The only thing we wished was that the bath would be bigger and that we had more time at the hotel! "Huge room with massage chair, amenities were fantastic and really enjoyed the hot spring and private bath. Location is very convenient, right next to the shopping street and less than 5 mins walk from the pier."
