「Great location, cute spot. Very small sitting area/living room. Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all...

「ダウンタウンまでの交通など場所の立地はよいので便利。ただ、バス停からかなり階段を登る必要がありスーツケースだと移動が厳しい。 あと、利用までにクレジットカード登録をし、追加のデポジットや清掃費かかるのと、パスポート写真提出、セルフィー提出などがあり、かなり面倒。 それらが嫌でなければ、コスパは良い。」

Host was very responsive and helpful. The bus was right across the street & helpful. If you do rent a car , street parking is hard to find unless you get lucky. But other than that, I really had a great experience at Harry Potter Suites! 」

「宿泊施設がある環境は、とても良く、施設そのものもとても綺麗で使いやすい施設です。ただ、チェックインの際に、事前にパスポートの認証が必要なことや、depositで $200が必要なことなどが、事前に説明がなかったので、チェックインの際に、とても困惑しました。現地のアメリカ人の方も同じように困っている方もいたので、外国人の私たちにとっては、さらに手続きのハードルが高いと思います。その辺りは、もう少し改善の必要があると思います。」
