"They checked us into a room that was already occupied by someone else. Opened the door & there were his suitcases & clothes all over the room. Quickly left & got another room but was offered no explanation or compensation for their handling of the problem...."

"While the lobby is being renovated it is on a temporary location. The room was great, fantastic condition, spotless, quiet, great bed/ linens, nice spacious bath with bidet. Exceeded expectations. "

"I can't say enough about the service. We had the smoothest check in and out. The staff were super friendly and offered wonderful suggestions for lunch. We hadn't scheduled a pickup at the airport but the team immediately had a car on the way with zero issues. We are booked for another night in a week it was so nice."

"Everything was great! The only downside was the TV was a little glitchy and the Wi-Fi basically did not work, but I’m sure most of the time it does."
