"I had a wonderful stay in Crowne Plaza hotel. The staff were kind and responsible and the room was clean. In addition, due to the great neighborhood, it was very comfortable to visit the hallmarks of the city. I highly recommend it to the others based on its affordable price, warm staff behavior, wonderful neighborhood, and cleanliness of the rooms. "

"The place needs updating. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The furnished hair dryer only blew a small amount of lukewarm air. The room was not cleaned during my stay. There are not enough wall plugs. Temperature adjustments in the room are restricted to a small band. The mattress was not comfortable. The room furniture was sparse. "

"Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family. "
