"New hotel in a beautifully renovated building in Pioneer Square. Great walkable location near Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, King Street Station and Ferry Terminal. Our Doug Fir Studio room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner at Salt Harvest was outstanding. Staff were super helpful. Highly recommend! "

"Our favorite hotel in downtown. Very clean, safe and secure. Staff is always accommodating and helpful. They also have their own underground parking garage that is very convenient. Great rooftop with gas firepits and great views. In downtown this is by far worth every dollar!! "

"Easily walkable to either Seahawks football game or Mariners baseball game. As safe an area for a walk as can be expected in a large downtown metro area. Hundreds of mom and pop shops, cafes, restaurants, and places to just hang out within walking distance. I never felt insecure about my security, even while walking at night. That said you still need to have and use some common sense. I will definitely be staying there every time I go to visit my children who both live there. "

Staff members all super friendly, and Functional Fitness room stocked with weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, mats etc. Location so close to waterfront, ferry terminal, Pike Place etc. "

"A pretty nice place, really. The room was very clean with a modern decor. There's plenty of storage and a custom AC unit separate from the main thermostat. The bed was pretty comfy. I slept like a rock. The neighborhood is decent. There's a college and a baseball diamond just down the street. There's places to get refreshments etc The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Cool place to stay. We had a nice view of the water. The room was big with extra seating and the bed was comfortable. Best shower and bathroom by far of our boutique hotel stays. Ps we were not bothered by the misc from downstairs but some might be completely turned off by it. "
