"We enjoyed our stay at Jenn's place. It is very nicely decorated and is well stocked with all we needed. The location is nice with respect to freeway access and access to groceries, dining, etc. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the house is, especially because the street is a bit busy. The gated parking is awesome...we felt very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again."

"Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. Make sure to look for street signs for them because I didn't see any and got a ticket. The check in instructions were very thorough and helpful. Belmont Shores is a very pretty place, and there are many businesses and restaurants within walking distance. "My family of four, which included two alomst not teenagers anymore, really enjoyed our stay. We were out most of the time but when we did have down time it was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was friendly with people walking their dogs and families headed to school in the morning. It is very close to downtown and easy to get in and out of."

"We had a wonderful time at the little house in Long beach. I don't like to drive and so we took the bus everywhere. The beach is not far by train and the house was just very lovely, as well as the garden, even though it is a bit smaller than it appears online, it's super comfy and our host provided everything that we needed."

Denver was excellent as a property manager, providing all of the needs that you would have for the very first night and day with snacks and water and everything actually.
