「My second stay in two months. Very nice facility. Beautiful rooms, front lay was attentive and helpful. Close to restaurants. Definitely will come back!」

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay. A couple of items, though. 1) our room wasn't made up when we arrived at check-in time. We picked up our key and went to the room, but it had not been cleaned since the last guest. 2) the Television was disconnected and didn't work. If they don't want it used, they should remove it. Texted for clean towels, but they had not arrived by 5:00 PM. The breakfast was very good and was served promptly.」

「We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. 」

「NOT AS ADVERTISED. YOU HAVE TO RING THE BELL AND WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO COME LET YOU IN. YOU HAVE A BEDROOM AND BATHROOM THAT'S IT. THE ENTIRE PLACE IS DIRTY. DEAD PLANTS GREET YOU AT THE DOOR.」

「This property is beyond any expectation. The estate is situated high on a hill and you can see a birds eye view all across the LA area depending on where you stand. It has the romance of old Hollywood’s silent film era coupled with modern amenities and comforting elegant design. The pool was particularly delightful. We will be back again!」

「I was looking be for around beverly hills . It was a relatively cheap hotel in the area. So I didn't have high expectations, but it was very nice and clean. If I go to LA again I would like to stay here again.」
