"This property is altogether excellent. Literally across the street from Nijo Castle. Access to Kyoto Station by taxi is 15 minutes. It is well worth using the GoTaxi app to arrange transportation. For access to restaurants nearby the VRBO, we found getting reservations on weekends somewhat challenging. But the property is amazing. Very family friendly, the host was VERY responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

"古い建物なので、寝室への階段が急であったり、土間から居間へ上がる段差の高さなど、高齢の人には不向きかもしれないが、それに目を瞑れば、京都の街並みを楽しみながら風情を楽しめる立地と施設でした。 駅まで遠いので駐車場があるのはありがたかったです。 2泊だったから良かったですが、長期で滞在するなら洗濯機が無いのは厳しい点かもしれません。コインランドリーも遠かったので、、、"
