ハールレムのアパートスタイルホテル

「We (me and my wife) recently stayed at this hotel for over 2 weeks. The location is good. Also, the room is functional enough. That's positive side. However, we are not satisfied with the quality of the service through our experience. First, right after we checked in (Friday) and unpacked luggage, we found out that the room's laundry machine didn't work properly with error message. We called the front desk, an Asian female staff with an eye-glass that day. She came to the room, checked the...

「Excellent séjour. L'appartement est très bien placé et très bien équipé. Le contact a été facile et agréable!」

「It was clean, bed was very comfy, pretty easy access to city center and beautiful parks nearby. A bit of quiet after a busy day.」

「充実したキッチンと清掃の行き届いた部屋でした。大満足の滞在でした。 また夏に訪れたいと思います」

「This is a fully unmanned hotel. If any issues arise, communication is only possible via WhatsApp, and immediate assistance is not available. During my stay, there was a sewage-like odor, a broken air conditioner, and a clogged kitchen sink. The explanation regarding the cancellation and refund was inconsistent.」

「The floor of the room was dusty everywhere when we checked in. The towels were clean but need to be updated. The first night of the building fire alarm and evacuation from the building was very disturbing. The guests coming home late and cooking late should be restricted. Every morning around 4am, someone in the near by room was smoking Marijuana and the smoke was coming into our room and woke up by it. Again very disturbing especially when a child is in the room sleeping. TV should have...
