Accessible location with two tram lines nearby. A few minor missing amenities (washcloth, bright lighting in bathroom) but overall a nice room and comfortable bed.

Location was lovely, quiet part of Amsterdam if you don't mind a little walk to the main districts. The check in process was fine, but not well communicated and we had some worries if we would get in or not up to 1 hour before check in. We did not have the advertised bed arrangements and there was no TP when we arrived, but the host was readily available to stock this for our stay.

Great location outside of the main town. Close to the zoo, cafes, bars and supermarket. Very spacious apartment that was quiet at night, the Airconditioning is a huge bonus when travelling Europe in summer. It does need a freshen up and possibly a lounge to sit on to watch television. Also lacks storage for suitcases, clothing and in the bathroom.

Communication with the host was terrible. The room had a strong sewage smell that made it unbearable to stay in. We contacted the host to request a different room or a possible refund, but never received a response. As a result, we did not end up staying in the room at all. The check-in process was also extremely frustrating and poorly organized. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially given the lack of communication and effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend staying here.

Skøn studio lejlighed i det gamle jødiske kvarter lige ved zoo. Massere af lækre restauranter, caféer og museer i nærheden. Team går næsten lige til døren fra Centraal.

This probably is the way of the future. No staff at the hotel, everything done on line and as long as everything is okay then no issues, Keys are electronic using your phone, ensure it’s charged at all times as you won’t be able to get in your room or even the hotel. (Carry a power bank !!) There is a number to call for issues, however no one answers that phone or any emails . The room was fine and basically as advertised, although some TLC is required with loose taps and the downstairs TV having no connection to the aerial. Cleaners do come in but there is no published schedule so unless you wait in all day, there is no one to discuss issues with. There are bars and restaurants nearby and the main city centre is about 2 kms away. As I say if everything goes right then it’s okay but some contingency should be in place for when problems arise

Irreperibili!

Once upon a time this may have been a 4 star hotel. However poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail during cleaning significantly detract from the experience. A nicely designed room in a great location, very easy check in process and simple to use digital keys. However, chipped paint, broken lights and door handles, and a generally grotty feel. Not worth the price, would not stay here again.

Good location, plenty of eateries and bars near by, and shops & markets, could do with a spruce up, the decor was a little tired. No hand held shower and no lights in the shower room mirror.

The room was very dark. It has a front window with heavy curtains. Privacy glass or screen would work better. The carpet is in bad shape and not clean. Location was good.

The images really sell the property, but sadly the reality is not the same. The pipes in our room sounded like a pneumatic drill going off every 25 minutes. There were chunks and holes in the walls, the thermostat was hanging off the wall.. we were delighted at the price and the pictures but sadly it is not the reality. They also tried to charge extra city tax without telling us in advance as they gave us a different room to what we reserved.
