You can also pick out a house plant for your stay and the bring it to your room- loved this idea. Lots of little things like a cheerful smile and greeting each and every time you entered and exited the building. Concierge very helpful. One of the best hotel experiences ever! "

The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. If you plan to do a canal tour, definitely plan to do this through the hotel’s boat, The Tourist, which boasts a historical link to Winston Churchill. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experiences as well. "

"I specifically wrote a note about refilling the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and getting a pillow and when I came back to the hotel room the note was turned around and all the stuff I asked remained the same. I called the reception to get the refills so they gave me some during at night which is inconvenient. Also I checked the toilet trash can its not emptied and this is completely unacceptable. I paid this much amount for this room and I got this kind of service?"
