The property was perfect for our family. True, it’s the penthouse and there are stairs but we appreciated the views, space, large bathroom, and cold air conditioning. This is in walking distance to the Van Gogh museum. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

The room was relatively spacious. Checking in and entering the building is smart, safe and secure! A good location (despite the ongoing roadworks as of July 2026). Lots of restaurants and bars nearby too!

The apartment was very clean with all of the amenities that we needed, including a drying rack for our laundry that we washed downstairs. Location wise, it is very close to the main road where you can hop on a tram or walk to museumplein. The bathroom was big enough and the shower had great pressure with hot water! No gripes whatsoever.

Gorgeous apartment, beautifully decorated and with comfortable bed and super bathroom. I often book apartments rather than hotels and this was one of the best. Nova will be my go-to for all future Amsterdam visits.

My daughter and I had an amazing trip in Amsterdam. The apartment is just a 2 minute walk to the museum campus, a grocery store, cafes, restaurants, and the tram that can take you almost anywhere you want to go. The apartment was clean and super quiet. Even had an elevator which in Europe is a big plus!

Our apartment was about 1.5 miles from the main apartment complex. The room was clean, there was coffee with sugar, cream, coffee pods, 2 in 1 shampoo/body wash. The kitchen had a mini fridge, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishware. Only downside was the one bed space didn’t have storage. Note that the stairways are narrow, like all the houses there!

We really enjoyed our stay here overall. The location was absolutely fantastic and within walking distance to some of the famous sites, which made exploring very convenient. For places farther away, the tram was easily accessible and simple to use. There was also a grocery store nearby, which was very helpful during our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the instructions provided for getting into the property were very clear and easy to follow. The only downside for us was the stairs. There are a few stairs just to get to the elevator, and then a steep set of stairs from the entrance door up to the living room area. Carrying luggage up and down was difficult, especially since we were traveling with our 20-month-old and had to block off the stairs in the living area to make sure he didn’t fall. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great location and convenience of the property.

Ótima localização e silencioso. A limpeza do quarto deixou de um pouco a desejar, e a umidade ao tomar banho era grande. O atendimento no local foi ótimo, o quarto estava livre e deixaram fazer o checkin antes. Recomendo e voltaria mais vezes.

L’appartement est bien mieux en vrai que sur les photos qui sont déjà pas mal, il est très bien situé à cinq minutes du tram , on a eu la chance d’avoir un appartement avec une terrasse. Le lit était confortable et l’appartement était très propre.

Staff were helpful and responsive. The location is excellent for art museums and the the world famous concert hall. On the practical side, the grocery store was nearby which definitely helped keep eating expenses down. A very pleasant location and room. Thank you.

The location relative to the museums and park were great. There was a bike rental a block away and access to trains around the corner. The actual apartment was clean. The laundry doesn’t have a dryer. You can hear the neighbors walking around and stomping upstairs so if you’re sensitive to noise like me it’s an issue. Additionally, the road was under construction and fenced off. So no car traffic access. However, there wasn’t any noise as there wasn’t anyone actually working. Key card access was simple but there isn’t any other way to securely lock the unit door like a deadbolt or at least a chain. But that could just be the inner city Stateside mindset of me. Overall a pleasant Amsterdam experience.
