The hotel is away from the centre but thankfully easy by bus to get to. The area is a bit nondescript and gets deserted at night. The room was stunning and impeccably clean. The kitchen was spacious and fully kitted. I previously stayed in other Bob W’s and having a front desk was a welcome change from the impersonal service. I was also thrilled to have free access to the gym and laundry room. My only complaint and suggestion is that they to do away with ‘alternative’ means of access and to just have key cards. A 6 digit code (plus #) to get in the hall and the room is unbelievably cumbersome. Also please get the front desk people comfortable chairs.

Séjour agréable, tous les accès sont avec votre propre code unique. Très sécuritaire. Le lit a une belle couette en duvet. Lit confortable, belle chambre. Seul point négatif, l’eau de la douche n’est pas très chaude et elle est bloquée pour ne pas aller plus loin qu’un certain degré d’eau chaude.. j’aurais aimé plus qu’une eau tiède.

We stay with our kids 15 and 13. Be aware that the pool on the rooftop is 18+ and with they charge a fee for a few hours. The pool is on the same building but it's not part of the hotel. A big surprise and disappointment!! The fridge didn't stop making loud noises. We asked a few times to please fix it or change us to another room but they didn't do anything about it. We liked the location, it let us explore the city and the countryside

Good location, near a bus stop which takes you directly to Centraal and Zaanse Schans. Room was clean, modern and well equipped. Only downside is there is an additional charge to use the pool.

Bra hotell. Rent och fräscht. Enda möjliga nackdelen var att sovrummet låg på övervåningen och man behövde gå upp för en trappa. Där uppe fanns även badrummet för hela boendet. Så alla som behövde gå på toa fick gå upp till sovrummet i övervåningen. Trevlig personal i receptionen som var hjälpsam då vi hade problem med koden till incheckningen som inte fungerade. Bra kommunikation med värden med mycket info. Dock står det att det inte finns en reception men det gör det och du måste gå till den för att checka in och aktivera koderna du fått. I vårt fall funkade dock inte koden ändå.

En principio nos parecio una habitación correcta en cuanto a equipamiento,pero tenia varios problemas, que detectamos el dia de llegada,el lavavajillas perdia agua y uno de los ventanales tenia estropeada la manivela,por lo que no cerraba.Comunicamos al dia siguiente lo sucedido,y no lo repararon en toda la semana que estuvimos,a pesar de haberlo reclamado,a las personas encargadas de la recepción. Otro punto negativo,el sofa cama,era muy incómodo para dormir 1 adulto y mucho menos dos,eramos 3 adultos, si acaso,estaria indicado para dormir niños pequeños. Buena equipacion en cuanto electrodomésticos, lavadora,frigorífico muy pequeño,lavavajillas también pequeño,placa inducción de 2 fuegos,tostadora,hervidor agua y cafetera de embolo(dejaba posos de cafe),menaje de mesa muy escaso,la habitación era pata 4 personas,y solo tenia 4 piezas,por lo que te obligaba a estar fregando continuamente. Otro punto que no me gustó, que aunque parecia limpio,tanto en la puerta del cuarto de baño como mueble cuarto de baño,se veian salpicaduras,aunque no se de que.En cuanto ubicación, se encuentra alejado del centro histórico, aunque hay varios autobuses que bien directamente o en convinacion metro,te llevan cerca del centro de la ciudad,si dispones de pocos dias de estancia,aconsejo buscar un lugar mejor situado.

Good value in North Amsterdam. Had issues with check in but was sorted out easily with staff onsite ( in another area of the set of apartment/building complexes). Apartment had a comfortable king sofa bed that was made for or arrival. Upstairs had a comfortable queen bed; stairs are steep so may be difficult with mobility issues Had washer in our unit that was well used. Free use of the local gym. Extra towels available in the communal laundry area ( in a separate building). Air conditioning on main and second level. There is a free ferry from centraal station; the closet one is to NDSM and is a 15 minute walk to the building; not much to see on this walk since it’s very industrial. A grocery store is near the ferry dock. Minor negatives were 1) the only bathroom/ shower is on the second floor 2) you are in an industrial that doesn’t have as many restaurants as central Amsterdam ( there is one in the building that looked well visited but we didn’t try) 3) was not easy getting an Uber/Bolt in the area. Overall, because the unit was well kept, comfortable, spacious enough for 4 people, and fairly convenient when visiting central Amsterdam, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Amsterdam.
