「Amazing staff」

「日系の旅行会社の人に勧められて、比較的治安の良いカテーチ地区のこのホテルに宿泊しました。駅からも近く、周りにはレストランやスーパーもあり、非常に快適でした。ホテルの方々もとても親切です。客室も申し分ないです。」

「O café da manhã pode melhoras com outras opções tipo: avéia, chia, linhaça, leite desnatado, etc.... Não são produtos caros. Os colaboradores da Recepção: Excelentes!!!! Serviço de camareiras: Excelente! Quanto os que auxiliam no serviço de Cozinha, precisam passar por uma reciclagem. Não são nada agradáveis. Tudo que solicitamos a resposta é Não. "Estou trabalhando sozinha". O cliente não pode resolver essa questão. Acho que o hotel, precisa rever! Pois isso, chateia o cliente e termina ...

「I very much enjoyed my stay at Vila Galé! The staff were excellent from check in to check out, the property itself is beautiful in an old, but updated colonial property. I stayed in one of the apartments right beside the pool and terrace, and even while you were situated with a walkway outside the room, I felt safe and comfortable enough to open the windows wide and take a nap or do whatever within the room. 「セントロに位置しながらもとても綺麗なホテルでした。また、朝食もフルーツ等多種用意されております。 室内は若干くたびれている内装もありますが、全体としては綺麗です。エレベーターを降りた際に電気が不点灯で真っ暗で驚きましたが、センサー点灯でした。」

「基本的に良かったと思います。朝食とロケーションはいいですし、近いところに中華と和食の店もあります。 エアコンは古いので、騒音が大きかったのはちょっと残念。」
