The hotel overall was great. The staff are very friendly, easy check in, the room was very clean with all the proper amenities. Breakfast and dinner was really good as well. The location isn't bad and its easy access to Ubers. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.

La struttura si trova in una zona non propriamente bellissima, ovvero Lapa. Uscendo dalla struttura troverete veramente moltissimi barboni. Noi siamo andati durante il carnevale e c'era molta confusione e sporcizia nella zona. La camera era di dimensioni accettabili, così come il bagno. Unica pecca era la pulizia, infatti le nostre pantofole hanno raccolto tutto lo sporco per terra diventando con le suole nere. Camminare scarzi era quindi sconsigliato. Colazione discreta.

Equipe do bar, café e recepção não nota 10… Almoçamos 1 dia no hotel, a comida não é legal, diferente do café que é bem diverso e muito saboroso. O serviço de quarto não passou todos os dias da nossa estadia, e avalio que isso não seja tão bacana, pois o lixo do banheiro não foi retirado no dia que não passaram e acabou itens como papel higiênico, pela ausência do serviço de quarto. As toalhas fornecidas também não foram trocadas no período de estadia, acredito que o serviço de quarto poderia ser um pouco melhor. A piscina do hotel é ótima, a academia tem alguns equipamentos quebrados mas da pra se virar bem. Fora isso nossos dias foram ótimos no hotel, localização maravilhosa, pertinho de pontos turísticos e bares renomados.
