Excellent value and service

This was a pleasant surprise in terms of service. All of the staff was cordial, and Luan at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out several times. On Luan's excellent recommendation, I took a great " Best of Rio" tour. The neighborhood is very safe, so no worries there. I also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Another big plus is the generous space allocated for the use of guests outside the rooms. I would definitely stay at Villa 25 again in the future. Muito obrigada!

Nice staff terrible management that is extremely unwelcoming and arrogant. Expect to receive harassment if you point any of the many shortcomings of the establishment I continue to receive rude emails days later from the manager for daring to post anything other than a 10/10

Staff attempted to charge for towels and only very reluctantly honoured Expedia booking’s statement they would be provided without extra charge. Beds were stacked three high. Top bunk a difficult climb and extremely hot with air conditioning only provided late evening through night and cut off early morning

It was a Great experience being in this Hotel, the location us great near the Metro station and several restaurants as also near to every touristic stop. The recepcionist was very kind and the Peruvian restaurant is delicious ! Would love to be back soon

A localização é ótima, fica ao lado do metrô e de um parque muito agradável, além de dispor de vários serviços nos arredores (restaurantes, bares, cafeterias, lanchonetes, mercados, farmácias etc). Viajamos para o carnaval e foi bastante cômodo para irmos tanto para as festividades que aconteciam no Flamengo e Centro, quanto para as praias da Zona Sul. A área externa do hostel é bonita e agradável. O café da manhã era razoável. A suíte que pegamos era para 4 pessoas, razoável, espaçosa e bem distribuída, mas poderia ser um pouco mais confortável. O ar condicionado não estava dando conta do calor em alguns horários e a cortina blackout não conseguia cobrir todas as janelas. A porta do box do banheiro não fechava completamente. A limpeza era razoável, mas acredito que nossas roupas de cama não tenham sido trocadas durante a estadia. O atendente do período diurno foi bastante amigável e solicito, os da noite nem tanto.

Eu precisava de um lugar pra ficar só uma noite, e aqui foi uma escolha muito boa, pois é perto de tudo, foi fácil pra me locomover, eu estava de home office e foi possível trabalhar tranquilamente. O Marcelo foi super querido e o Vagner ( Ou Valter, esqueci! me desculpe) também, eu saí de madrugada e ele ficou comigo aguardando meu uber, obrigada pelo cuidado! As instalações estavam bem limpas, e apesar de eu ter ficado pouco tempo o colchão parecia ser ótimo!

Lá é bem bonito, piscina bonita. Atendimento legal. A minha cama ficava no 3º andar da treliche. Não tinham citado isso na reserva. É muito alto e realmente ruim descer e subir. Se esquecer uma chave, uma garrafinha de água, o celular…. Tem que escale tudo novamente. Mas foi ótima a experiência.
