This was the first time we stayed at an apartment/hotel and it was a great experience.
The hotel is directly in front as you exit the B Exit/entrance of the TaoJin Subway station which made it very convenient and it is right next to the garden hotel.
The room was very spacious and includes a washing machine (no dryer) plus a stove to cook on. Additionally, the rooms has a sitting area.
The only negative comment is that the elevators took a very long time.
I would also note that the hotel does have 24 hours front desk service but no phone in the room to reach them and not international programs on the television. The WiFi was pretty fast.

Les appartements sont luxueuses dans un joli immeuble de 52 étages avec une belle vue mais sans chauffage avec le froid tout ça ne compte pas on a juste trop froid et on peut tomber malades la télé ne marche mais même si elle marché il n’y a que des chaînes chinoises alors que presque tous les occupants sont des étrangers

Des appartements luxueux bien à côté du métro, j’ai trouvé du mal à trouver l’entrée mais l’étage c’est une autre histoire, le premier appartement il y avait des cafards dans le toilettes ça déranger mon colocataire pas moi. Mais à ma grande surprise qu’avec un froid glacial il n’allumaient le chauffage. Quand je suis parti réclamer qui est dure pour le personnel qui comprend peu de mots en anglais. Je leurs ai dit que ce ne pas normal que dorme dans le froid. Il m’ont suggéré de demander le remboursement et d’aller chercher un autre hôtel. Avec tout mais bagages je ne vais sortir chercher un hôtel la nuit alors j’écoute suis parti acheter un chauffage de ma poche.

The hotel name is incorrect. It is not
Grand eastern. It is something weifidein apartments. Luckily the manager found his mobile number on hotels.com booking.
I would rate listing as 1star. This is not expected from hotels.com.

Beware with terrible n bad staff in reception counter, tall man ( MARIO ) but i dont thing his real name.
He make me trouble to check in, rude and keep my passport not return back. be careful guys!!!!

Overall it is clean, the location is just next to the metro, the name of address does not state on the building so make it harder to find. Staff not professional at all but acceptable
