「We had reason to request to move room and the staff were very accommodating and looked after us well - top marks for that. The evening dinner (pie of the day) was actually unexpectedly excellent and the accompanying veggies were nice and crisp - very enjoyable. The only minor quibble was that due to TV mounting it was next to impossible to get a HDMI stick plugged in (something maybe to check into). Anyhow, all in all, nicely situated and a nice place to stay at and all the staff we encountered...

「Firstly, I didn’t make use of the ‘amenities’. I was visiting parents who had moved house so this was literally a place to rest my head. That being said, the restaurant staff were lovely as I arrived late when l they were finishing shift so helped me find keys and get in. The room was decent - comfortable bed, shower and separate toilet. 「The hotel its self is really modern and well presented but we had an issue with some sort of bug in our room/bed . Both my husband and myself were bitten quite a lot . The staff were really helpful and apologetic and were just waiting to hear back from them regarding this issue」

「The rooms were clean apart from under the sofa in the Trow ,not sure if would class the Horsin as a deluxe Superior room but did as required as required an adjoining room . The step into rhe bath in Trow is quite wide and both myself and my fiancee slipped as the bath mat moved while getting in . Still no warning signs that the water is hot at the sink . Breakfast was good the bowls keeping the cooked food hot could of been hotter and had to put the toast through twice to get it to my likeing ....

「There was only one member of staff there over our 2 day stay & she was really nice and helpful (she seemed to be covering reception, housekeeping & kitchen). Got to say all the public areas could do with a good hoover and the skylight in our room was covered in green algae. Our room was clean (apart from the skylights) but small. Breakfast was really poor for the price we paid. Hotel in general needs a good update as has loads of potential.」
