「there are so many homeless people surrounding the fence of the hotel. the fence is also cut in several places so anyone come in and out of the hotel area. there were homeless living in their cars parked overnight in the parking lot and also having coffee in the lounge inside the hotel. 」

Valet parking was ok. They could use more staff. We waited about forty minutes in the heat. We requested the car when we checked out. We huddled in the shade of a tree waiting for the car. They could put benches out there.」
