「Lovely apartment with everything you need, clean and spacious. Nice area with lots of shops around. Hosts had also left some chocolate and biscoffs which was very thoughtful! Only issue is limited street parking, very hard to find a free spot so please be mindful of this! Would recommend this property :)」

「We had no proper access to the building as when collected the keys from the key safe, once we were in the apartment block we found there were swipe acess key fobs required to access the building & the floor on which the apartment was. We had to get residents and security to get us in building and then the floor. Due to the swipe key fob missing after the previous guests had checked out. We raised this with the host but it wasnt resolved hence security guard having to allow us accessAnd poor...

「Avoid booking. The property is not clean, stains on sofas, broken doors, broken worktops, mouldy washing machine, no bedroom curtain, broken wifi, beds where you can feel every single spring in the mattress, i dont have a good thing to say about this apartment. I have never stayed anywhere so awful. The keys werent available on our arrival. We contacted the host about these issues once we got in and heard nothing back. We left at 7am after the first night. I don't usually like leaving 1 stars...

「Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. Other that that it’s an ok apartment」

「Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience 」
