「施設の住所、名前、写真 全て違っていて 地元のタクシーの運転手さんでも 知らないアパートメントホテルでした。フロントもありません。結局、たどり着けなくて ホテルに電話したら 近くまで 迎えに来てくれました。迎えに来てくれた方は とても親切で、洗濯機などの使い方も教えてくれました。 お湯が途中 足りなくなりました。 最寄りは メトロリンクのHarbour cityで徒歩1分です。駅のすぐ隣の大きなグレーのビルです。」

「Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. 「Basic facilities not working and no response from staff! Shower stopped working and reception said they couldn’t fix it until days later and couldn't offer me an alternative room. Calls to the management go to voicemail. Emailed them asking for a partial refund, no reply at a week later. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests. Really bad experience.」
