「Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. 「施設の住所、名前、写真 全て違っていて 地元のタクシーの運転手さんでも 知らないアパートメントホテルでした。フロントもありません。結局、たどり着けなくて ホテルに電話したら 近くまで 迎えに来てくれました。迎えに来てくれた方は とても親切で、洗濯機などの使い方も教えてくれました。 お湯が途中 足りなくなりました。 最寄りは メトロリンクのHarbour cityで徒歩1分です。駅のすぐ隣の大きなグレーのビルです。」

「Lovely place, would highly recommend. But I think before it's next rented out the water pressure in the shower needs to be sorted as tried to have a shower and wasnt able to properly rinse body wash and shampoo off and water was spraying in all directions. Other than that the property was perfect」

「The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. Lovely welcome pack on arrival e.g. coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and cookies, but no milk. Thankfully Co-Op over the road so not too much of a problem. The place was...

「Basic facilities not working and no response from staff! Shower stopped working and reception said they couldn’t fix it until days later and couldn't offer me an alternative room. Calls to the management go to voicemail. Emailed them asking for a partial refund, no reply at a week later. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests. Really bad experience.」
