「This property could be amazing. It is close to the city centre and has 3 good size bedrooms. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was spotless but the rest of the flat was filthy. It looks like it was rented to students and hasn’t been cleaned or refreshed since they left. There was engrained dirt around light switches, sockets, skirting boards, on doors, window sills, mould on the window frames, scuffs on every wall, splashes on the wall above the bin in the kitchen and beside the toilet....

「The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed. Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment. Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances. Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest. Would defo stay again! 」
