Communication was quick & easy, apartment is as shown ("even better" according to one family member), location is great (walkable to restaurants, grocery, etc & quick access to 295). 「First, this property was sooo clean! The beds were extremely comfortable and they even provided extra blankets in the closets! The kitchen has lots of amenities if you are staying awhile and cooking. The apartment gets great lighting, there’s no noisy neighbors and the heater is amazing! 「What a wonderful stay we had in South Portland. The rental property was located just a short walk to the beach and a short walk to a local bakery. There were plenty of towels/linens, TV had everything we needed, and bathroom/shower was well stocked. 「I've almost totally written off vrbo and ai***b because of how frequently the places end up feeling like cold sterilized grey versions of homes, maybe technically matching the photos if you squint but feeling empty, reeking of febreeze, cold and echoey. Kathy's home feels like a home in the exact right way. Very clean and comfortable with abundant space to lounge. A short walk through the calm neighborhood to great coffee in the morning. I loved it. 「This place was perfect for a weekend in Portland. The apartment was larger than expected and fit 4 friends with plenty of the space. Also the sunroom and two outdoor decks were a great touch. 「The updates are very nice and kept very clean. The only thing I didn’t know about were stairs and being on 3rd floor. May be I didn’t read it correctly. Water view was a small area but location is very nice! 」
