"Pros: kitchen was awesome, game room in garage was cool. Having 3 washer/ dryer was perfect. A dining room for everyone to gather was amazing and really hard to find. Pool area was awesome and we loved the cold plunge/ sauna. Being able to control the pool/spa was a plus because at our last rental, the owner controlled it remotely. Ample parking. Beautiful backyard. Fountain in shallow area for babies to play with was perfect. Roof area was spectacular. Perfect for sunsets and family portraits. Wildlife on property was entertaining (frog in pool, tarantula nest by hot tub, quails, hares, hummingbirds and lizards). Response to sewage problem was good and having a housekeeper swing by to clean up the overflow helped. Thankful for portable fans to cool rooms down. Appreciated the welcome basket of goodies, laundry detergent Cons: A/C not cooling the rooms, no remotes for ceiling fans for some rooms. Exterior lights for the stairs didn’t work. Need better lighting by hot tubs stairs. That area is too dark. Septic tank problem. Not being able to have anything go down the drain for 10 hours was an inconvenience. Had to drive to the nearest store just to use the bathroom. Septic crew temporarily fixed the problem but created a pond of sewage outside. They came back to pump it out before checkout. The smell was horrible. Recommendations: outdoor shower, outdoor bathroom, espresso maker, handrails for stairs, rooftop shade, ice bin in freezer or a separate icemaker"
