The hotel is clean and comfortable. Its a little dated, but it is clean. The breakfast was not very good. Very limited, and the quality of food was mediocre at best. But if you just need a place to stay in that area, it's not bad. And the cost was very reasonable

The staff was professional and friendly! The room was clean and serviceable. The building is older and needs some investment into updating and repairing rooms. A lot of quick drywall repairs. A fair stay for an aging property. The location is excellent. It deserves a facelift!

Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Drink bar. The pool was well maintained always clean towels. We had an early check in. Upon entering our room the furniture was all mis arranged with chairs in the bathroom and on the beds. There was garbage on the floors and our non smoking room smelled of smoke. Especially in the bathroom. After an hour in our room a staff member opened the door without knocking.

My stay here about a month ago was great. Stayed here to attend the collect-A-Con, which was within a short driving distance (Scottsdale West World) and at a great price. The staff was great also, especially the lady at the morning complimentary breakfast. Kudos to her, she was very helpful when I asked questions on the food options and even had some friendly conversation. Would recommend if looking for a weekend stay with friendly staff.

We a had a great stay here at the BW Plus, room was a great size and clean! Breakfast was delicious both mornings. For my wife and myself, the bed was very firm, not really a gripe, just a heads up for other patrons.

The entire staff was amazing, especially the breakfast staff. They went out of their way every morning to make sure we had everything we needed. They even had fresh baked goods. The bartender was professional and welcoming. She gave a wonderful local dinner recommendation to me and my husband. All the front desk staff were professional and courteous. All staff we encountered made sure we had an excellent stay.
