「Everything was good. Had to wait much longer than expected to check in and was given a complimentary drink at the bar. Very nice gesture as it wasn’t hotels fault」

「スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。　旅先で電子チケットを印刷しなくてはならないとき、困っていることを話したらすぐに手助けをしてプリントアウトしていただけました。　また、アフタヌーンティーも急なオーダーにも関わらず快く受けてくださいました。 　お部屋は広くて綺麗ですが、残念な点は、 ●シャワーを浴びると水がトイレフロアに流れてくる（隙間からこぼれる感じです） ●冷蔵庫がないので外で何か買って保存することができませんでした 昼食はビュッフェ形式で、美味しかったです」
