I put a clear notice on door to say I was on nights and I was sleeping. At 1230h a loud banging on door woke me. I was asked if I needed my room servicing!!! Why was I woken to be asked that!!! The tv and microwave didn’t work, and the room carpet was wet by the door., ?why. Shared toilet/shower very inconvenient. Door handle falling off. The whole place seemed badly maintained

Parking was very good. We DID NOT STAY there due to the fact it is a SHARED TOILETS! We booked alternative accommodation at great expense! I REPORTED THIS TO YOU ON SUNDAY 29th March. The room was misold due advertised for holiday use and it's only an over priced Doss house. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Everything is good ,included the room , the Space ,maybe the area is a bit far away the city center ,but in general ,it was good experience,despite the noisy sounds from the neighbors at the first night.

The bed was broken and needs replaced, the bedding was frayed. The hotel loby door is pin controlled, but reality was you don't need the pin as the door just opens, making the whole property insecure

Clean linen and bathroom; handy cutlery, crockery and cleaning stuff, TV was in Polish but the 24 hr reception talked me through the settings and resolved it in a clear and friendly way. Bed and pillow more comfy than expected.

more like a hostel than a £100 per night hotel walked straight out and booked into a travel lodge so basically wasted all of that money

I arrived to find the site completely deserted and no answer on the supplied phone number. As it turned out I had failed to realise that having made the booking there were further steps to take that don’t happen with mainstream establishments. I was supposed to supply ‘government ID’ in advance; which in my ignorance I failed to do. Cut a long story short, I turned up, couldn’t get in and was thankfully lucky enough to procure a room at the nearby Travelodge, albeit at an exorbitant rate. Moral; check the small print! Lesson learned. I’m sure the room would have been OK had I been able to use it. But I probably stick with conventional accommodation in future, despite spending a bit more.

Mycket enkelt boende, som ett rum i ett hus. Delat badrum utan duschtvål. I ena badrummet satt toalettstolen lös. Mögellukt i hallen utanför badrummen. Mycket lyhört. Stördes både av personer som stod och pratade utanför huset på kvällen/natten och folk som gick på toaletten på morgonen. Hade ett kylskåp på rummet med högljudd kompressor som störde sömnen. Problem med incheckning eftersom betalningen som hade dragits inte var klar mellan Hotels.com och boendet vilket skapade extra irritation. Enda positiva med boendet var egentligen närheten till Cheltenham Spa rail station och DEYA Brewing taproom.

Good value stopover.

For the price, this was very good value. The kitchen was useful, with an oven and one set of crockery and cutlery (but no corkscrew). The walls were a bit knocked about and shabby, but didn't impact the stay in any way. Very handy for the rail station, and a small parade of shops with takeaways and a Tesco Local for supplies.
