「Best hotel and resort location ive stayed at. Felt like a secret desert paradise. Every space was magical and made you feel like you were in a different world. The room drains were slightly smelly on the ground floor rooms but we moved and were accommodated well. The food was opulent for all meals and staff went over and beyond always happy to see us and welcome us. We even recieved flower arrangements at breakfast from the waiters. We love this place!」

「Very thanx to all staff. They was very helpful with me special to mr Mustafa and mis hyam in the resecption. The food was very amazing and iam thankful mr mohamed moawd in the resturant. It was happy stay for me and my familly Good beach and the pool was clean」

「Unfreundliche Personal schon am Rezeption, Kellner,dreckige Zimmer Bettwäsche, sehr schmutzig. Unglaubliches Gestanks und das war schlechteste Urlaub in Ägypten. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. In Hurgada gibt’s viel, viel bessere und schönere Hotels. Für dieses Hotel gebe ich nur ein Stern. Ich Reise über 32 Jahre nach Hurghada und solche Katastrophe hab ich noch nie erlebt.」

「The room is spacious, clean, stylish and has amazing sea views. Staff were very nice, in particular, Khalil at the reception was really helpful and always ready to support and make the most of the stay. There is 1 big pool and direct access to the beach.」
