"The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well."

"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"The apartments are bit old and they need major renovation and furniture need to be replaced with something clean and good, sheets, pillows, towels, curtains. … all old and look dirty you ask yourself if it’s safe to use them!!! Stated the bad and now the goods! "Good option for a short business trip. The location near the airport is very convenient, making arrivals and departures quick and stress-free. It's well suited for a 1–2 day stay, especially if you have meetings nearby or an early flight. The rooms are comfortable and provide the essentials needed for a productive stay."

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza

"If there were an option lower than 1%, I would have chosen it. When staying at a Four Seasons property, one naturally expects a higher standard of professionalism and guest care. Unfortunately, during my stay, extensive maintenance work was carried out while guests were in-house, resulting in constant noise disturbance, as well as strong paint and thinner fumes throughout the property. What is most concerning is that no prior notice or warning was provided. This is particularly serious for guests who suffer from asthma, respiratory conditions, or other chronic health issues. The fumes caused me health-related discomfort and significantly impacted my stay. This level of disruption is simply unacceptable for a luxury hotel operating under the Four Seasons name. I will be obtaining a medical report and submitting a formal complaint regarding this matter. A very disappointing experience."
